Unmanufactured and unprocessed — exactly as it comes from the pit. A natural mix of round rocks ranging from 1" up to 10" with sand filling the voids. No angular edges, no screening.
When installed correctly at a minimum depth of 1 foot, pit run compacts and almost forms a bridge, preventing frost heave from shifting the surface. It's the most economical aggregate product we carry.

Created by screening out everything smaller than 1 inch, leaving clean rock with large void space. Water moves through it rapidly without clogging — which is exactly what you need in any drainage application.
Available in both round and angular. Round drain rock is smoother and easier to work with by hand. Angular drain rock locks in place better and can also be used as a driveway topping material.

Screened to remove larger rock, leaving clean, workable sand. We carry both fine and coarse grades. Coarse sand is the better choice for traction applications — it stays on the surface and is easy to sweep up in spring. Fine sand is used for leveling, concrete, and construction.
